BEFORE YOU HIRE

WILL THEY RETURN YOUR CALLS?
Roy Spittle Associates has a helpful office staff to answer your call from 6:30am to 4:00pm

WILL THEY SHOW UP ON TIME?
Promptness is out trademark. We have GPS tracking in all trucks and check-ins are always on a regular schedule.

WILL THEY CLEAN THE JOB SITE DAILY?
Our company policy requires DAILY cleanup. After all, a dirty job is the first thing a customer sees.

WILL THEIR WORK HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY?
All labor and material are under warranty for 2 years. With all other companies, a 1-year warranty is the standard.

WILL THEY BUY SUPPLIES FROM A REPUTABLE SUPPLY COMPANY?
All electrical supplies are purchased only from certified electrical supply companies – never from bargain warehouses.

ARE THEY FULLY INSURED?
All our work has $2 million coverage on property damage. All employees are insured by our workman’s compensation plans.

ARE THEIR MEN LICENSED JOURNEYMEN?
ALL our jobs are run by licensed Journeymen. Please ask to see their license. Also, ask our competitors.

ARE THEY PROFESSIONALLY-TRAINED?
All our employees are trained at a certified electrical code class with a minimum of 600 classroom hours!

DO THEY PROVIDE DETAILED BILLING?
Our time & material billing is computerized and itemizes all materials. We also provide detailed descriptions for all work.

WILL THEY GUARANTY ON TIME COMPLETION?
We NEVER miss a deadline. We have a 20-truck fleet and more than 30 employees working for us. We can handle any deadline!
